·   Live Events;

A)     IPS Live Account; You must have an IPS Live account to participate in one of our live events. The IPS Live Account set up process is a two-minute process and is facilitated at the venue during any of our live events. You must have a valid government issued photo ID with you such as passport or driver’s license. The personal information you will be asked to provide us is First and last name, email address, gender, birth date, a copy of your photo ID and we will take a photograph of your face.

B)     CCTV; For safety and security reasons, IPS may use recorded CCTV during our events. Your image is likely to appear on and be saved to our CCTV recordings.

C)     Live Events Transaction history: Our computerized membership and registration software records all transactions including event registrations, finishing positions and prize-monies won.


·    Websites & Apps, including this website;

A)     The only time information is gathered from our websites is while purchasing a ticket for an IPS event. We use a payment gateway called Worldnet to facilitate the online purchase of tickets. During ticket purchasing, you will be required to enter the standard online payments information such as first & last name, card number, expiry date & last three digits of CCV. A)     Mobile App;  IPS does not yet have an app but it is our intention to provide one soon. When the app goes live, we will update our policy here.


·    Online Social media;

A)     IPS engages in social media interaction on platforms such as IPS website, Facebook, Twitter, Online poker forums such as Irish Poker Boards and also supplies all event results to Hendonmob poker database to be published on their website. We will provide a live updates service during live events which will include but is not limited to

B)     A full list of participants in each event including first & last name, position, table/seat number, bust-out time and any prize monies won, etc.

C)     Photographs and video content of participants in the event

D)     Winners photographs including announcing any prize-monies won

E)     Video interviews with participants

F)       IPS may also take random photographs and videos during events – these photographs and videos can be used in future promotional material for other events and your image and/or voice may appear in those promotional materials.




The Services are not designed or directed to persons under the age of 18 with respect to the use of the Services (“Legally of Age”). If you are not Legally of Age, you will not be permitted to participate in any of the products or services we supply.

We reserve the right to access and verify any Personal Information collected from you. In the event that we become aware that a user who is not Legally of Age has shared any information, we may discard such information unless it is needed to comply with any legal or statutory obligation binding upon us. We use your Personal Information for the purposes listed below:

A)     To set up, manage and update your account;

B)     To provide and operate the Services (such as event registration and end-of-event results)

C)     To communicate with you and to keep you informed of our latest updates to our Services and special offers along with upcoming events.

D)     To market our Services (see more below under “Marketing”).

E)     To conduct analytics, statistical and research purposes, in order to improve and customize the Services to your needs and interests (such as by compiling aggregated reports about the usage of certain features of our Services);

F)       For customer relationship management purposes, and to support and troubleshoot the Services and to respond to your queries;

G)     To enable us to further develop, customize and improve the Services based on Users’ common preferences and uses;

H)     To communicate with your and to process any of your requests to exercise your User Rights;

N)     IPS will use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, telephone number etc., ourselves or by using our third-party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning the Services as well as products, services, websites and applications which we believe may interest you.


O)     We may also share and disclose Personal Information with our Commercial partners for the purpose of identifying you in relation to event participation. We may also share some of your personal information such as name, nationality and email address with our commercial partners for the purpose of their own marketing needs.


Note: You may at any time decline receiving further marketing offers from us or from Marketing Affiliates by either: following the guidelines available on the marketing communications, (such as selecting the opt-out link inserted in the promotional emails. Once you have set up your IPS Live account, IPS will retain your Personal Information during the period your account is active. In addition, IPS will retain your Personal Information for additional periods, as strictly necessary to enable us to meet our legal obligations under applicable laws or regulations, such as the applicable gambling regulations, KYC and AML regulations, as well as to meet IPS’s contractual obligations.


In addition, IPS may retain your Personal Information for longer periods, provided that retaining such information is strictly necessary for the IPS’s legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention and record keeping, responsible gaming reasons, resolving or exercising claims regarding potential disputes, and where we are guided to do so by the applicable supervisory authority.
